PATHFINDER

Build the marketing machine that gives you high cash months while you're offline.

A marketing VIP day where we work backwards from your revenue goals and build your offers, campaigns, acquisition system, channels, team roles and numbers around what it’s actually going to take to get you there.

So instead of marketing month to month from a plan that always lives in your head, you leave with a 12-month roadmap you and your team know exactly how to execute.

passport stamp style image resembling a ticket that reads 49 north and has the brands logo on which is a hand drawn mountain that leads into a tent with a star

You’ve already proven you can make good money. The problem is how much of YOU it still takes to make it.

You’ve had the odd £20k month here and there, the big launch, a record-breaking sales week or whatever your version of a bloody good month looks like.

But every time you want to do it again, it feels like you’re starting from scratch.

What are we selling? When are we launching it? What’s the angle this time? Where are the leads coming from? What does the team need to create? What are we doing between campaigns? And are we actually doing any of the right things to hit the number we’ve pulled out of thin air?

You might have a social media manager, VA, ads person, copywriter or a whole team ready to execute it, but somebody still has to work out what the plan actually IS.

And usually, that somebody is you.

That’s what we build together inside Pathfinder.

We take where you want the business to go over the next 12 months and work backwards to map what you’re selling, when you’re selling it, how the marketing supports it, what your team needs to execute and what numbers you need to be paying attention to.

So instead of rebuilding your marketing every time you want another big cash month, the plans already in place.

What does a Pathfinder day actually look like?

Every day is bespoke, so we’ll spend more time where your business actually needs it.

But the route typically looks something like this:

10AM: Where we’re headed
We get clear on the revenue goal, what you actually want to sell, what capacity you have and what your marketing needs to achieve over the next 12 months to hit it.

11AM Plotting the route
We’ll then map your offers, big, launches, evergreen periods and major campaigns across the year…oh and don’t forget your OOO time too.

12PM Build the system
We work out where your buyers are coming from, what moves them towards buying and what job each channel actually needs to do to.

1:30PM Lunchhhhh
Time to reset the brain, touch some grass (if it’s nearby) and fuel up for an afternoon of fine tuning your new system

2:15PM Who’s doing what and when
You don’t have to be the woman who’s always steering the ship, but at the same time, a plan is only useful if somebody can execute it. We’ll map what needs doing, who owns what, what still needs to come from you and what could be handed over, so whether it’s you, your team or external support executing the plan, everyone knows their part.

3PM The first 90 days
We turn this strategy into your next 90 day roadmap so you can hit the ground running from the getgo.

4PM A toast to fridays off and higher cash months on the horizon

By the time we’re done, you’ll have your marketing machine mapped for the next 12 months.

That includes what you’re selling and when, how much each part of the business needs to contribute towards your overall goal, the campaigns and quieter sales periods we’re building around it, and how people are actually finding you and then buying.

We’ll have decided what job each of your marketing channels has, rather than you trying to be everywhere because you feel like you should be. We’ll know what your team owns, what genuinely still needs you, what absolutely does not, and the numbers we need to keep an eye on to know whether the whole thing is working.

Most importantly, we’ll turn all of that into your first 90 day roadmap so this doesn’t become another strategy you were really excited about for about four days and then did sweet FA with.

We’ll do a lot of building together on the day, but there’s likely some bits I’ll want to tidy in the system after, but within a week, everything we mapped out will be fully operational inside ClickUp ready for you and your team to actually use.

Put simply, you’ll have:

  • Your offer ecosystem and revenue targets mapped

  • Your 12-month sales and campaign calendar

  • Your acquisition, nurture and conversion system

  • A clear role for each of your marketing channels

  • Your team responsibilities and where you fit into them

  • The KPIs to pay attention to so you can make educated decisions.

  • Your first 90 days prioritised and ready to execute

The point of the day is to walk away feeling so locked in for the next 12 months that you’re not spending your winter break in the alps thinking about WTF you’re selling in Jan, or wasting your Euro summer “just quickly posting to stories” to make a few extra quid.

And what i'm about to share is exactly why I care so much about building the machine BEFORE you need it...because you couldn't make this sh*t up

When C came to work with team 49ND, she was already running a successful coaching business. Despite having a team of 4, and a content system in place, she was still too heavily involved in her own marketing and the day to day running of it. Meaning that everything depended on her to run.

As part of our time together w’d planned a launch for a cash injection one of the months.

Sadly, she ended up seriously ill, in hospital, the day after open cart.

Obviously nobody plans for that, but the important bit from a marketing perspective was that we weren’t suddenly trying to invent a campaign while she was in hospital.

The strategy had been decided, the campaign had been planned and, because this client also had implementation support from us, the content had already been executed, approved and scheduled ahead of time.

So the launch could keep moving without her needing to come back in and make decisions from a hospital bed.

Anyways, her launch goal for this campaign was to get 30 new members, ambitious as it was more than double her current number.

Her stretch goal was 40 but she messaged me after saying she didn’t think she’d hit that.

Well, she got 41, adding more than $2,700 in monthly recurring revenue to the membership side of the business – not to mention the additional income that was generated when people then upgraded to her higher ticket offers while she was IN HOSPITAL.

And THAT is what I mean when I talk about building a marketing machine.

Not removing you from your business completely, or selling you some pipedream of passive-income-from-a-beach bollocks.

It’s doing the strategic thinking before you’re in the thick of it, so whether it’s you, your team or external support executing the plan, you’re not having to come back in every five minutes and decide what happens next.

Pathfinder is currently £2,500.

That includes the work I do before we meet to get properly inside your business, our full six-hour Pathfinder day together, and me turning everything we build into your 12-month marketing system in ClickUp within a couple of days.

And you’ll also have the option to add on 14 days of support afterwards while you and your team start putting everything into action, because I know full well the first questions usually appear once you actually start using the thing.

I only take on two Pathfinder days per month because of the work involved before and after each one and right now we’re taking bookings for September through to the end of q4 2026.

Days are available int’ North (Leeds area) but I can be pursuaded to travel to London if it’s more central to you and if you live further afield and want me to hop on a plane, I’ll be giving golden retriever energy for that.

If long haul travel is required – send me a message beforehand to see if we can fit it into the schedule.

if you’ve made it this far, I should probably say hello…

so hey, I'm Sal.

I’ve spent the last 10+ years working in digital marketing, which started with accidentally learning SEO and social media while building a travel blog and somehow turned into me building a six-figure marketing agency.

Since then I’ve worked across SEO, social, email, funnels, launches, campaigns, content and strategy, both doing the marketing and sitting above it figuring out what the hell we should actually be doing and why.

I’ve helped clients have €55k launches, generate $95k of enquiries through organic social and emails in a single a month, increase Google orders by 300%, outrank Amazon, smash record breaking months in their business (£22k+), exceeded quarterly revenue targets by 33.3% (6 figure quarter) and, as you’ve just read, run a launch that hit its stretch goal while the founder was in hospital.

But I think the reason clients keep bringing me into their businesses is less about any one of those results and more about the way my brain works.

I’m always looking at the whole thing and will never push a “fave platform” on you because I don’t operate my business way

I lead with questions like, what are we trying to sell? Where are the people coming from? What happened last time? What are the numbers telling us? What’s the team doing? What are we doing that nobody actually needs to be doing? And how do we get the same or better result without the you having to work harder to make it happen?

I also don’t have one marketing framework I’m going to force your business into, because after working across enough businesses, industries and business models, I don’t believe there is one size fits all

I’d much rather roll my sleeves up and get my hands dirty in your business, see where the lowest hanging fruit is and build your machine around that.

One HUGE value of mine, that I refuse to comprimise on is that I believe your business should fund your life, not consume it.

Pathfinder is where we build the plan for doing exactly that.

Just a few things you might still be wondering...

Ofc you can, you can also ask it to help you make £1million next week…it doesn’t mean what it’ll spit out will be of any use ;).

A huge part of Pathfinder is the decisions we make together. Whether your revenue target makes sense. Whether the offer you’re relying on can realistically produce it. Why your last campaign worked. Where the buyers need to come from. Whether your team can execute what we’re planning. What I’d stop doing. What I’d double down on.

You’re not paying me to generate a quick plan.

You’re paying me to help you decide what should be on it.

It sure is Sherlock.

Especially if you’ve hired good people but you’re still the person everyone comes back to for the strategy.

Pathfinder isn’t designed to replace your social media manager, VA, ads person or whoever else you have supporting you. It gives all of those people a clearer system to work inside so you don’t have five people doing five different bits of marketing with zero cohesion and a whole lot of questions landing back on your head.

OMG, yes, because I actually can’t deal with the thought of spending six hours talking theoretically about what you could do.

We can get into the analytics, look at your last launch, workshop a campaign plan, map a funnel, pull apart what isn’t working and make decisions while we’re together.

Exactly what we spend the most time on will depend on what I find in your pre-work and what I feel your business needs most.

Tres valid question my friend.

But I’m gonna say yes, because we’re not trying to predict exactly what Instagram algorithm will be doing next September…although I can most likely predict meta business suite will have changed about 7 times by then 🤭

We’re deciding where the business is going, what needs to sell and what marketing needs to achieve along the way.

Things might change. Offers might get refreshed and  opportunities will come up.

But planning ahead makes those changes feel like less of a derailment and something you can map into your plan ahead.  You’ll be able to make tweaks and adustments, rather than reinventing the wheel over something tou had a gut feel over.

Within a couple of days, I’ll deliver the system we built together in ClickUp, ready for you and/or your team to start executing.

If you want to take it and run with it yourselves, crack on.

If you’d rather keep me involved strategically as you execute it, or have 49 North take some of the execution off your plate, we can talk about that afterwards.

There’s absolutely no expectation that you need to buy anything else.

You don’t need a huge team or a seven-figure business, but you should already have offers, customers and enough marketing/sales history for us to make decisions from what’s actually happening rather than build everything from scratch.

If you’re still figuring out what you sell and trying to get your first customers, this probably isn’t the right investment yet.

Your next record-breaking sales month shouldn’t require you to be the person figuring out every piece as you go...

In one day, we’ll get out of the weeds and work out what the next 12 months actually look like, so you know what you’re selling, your team know what they’re doing and there’s an actual plan behind how you’re going to hit the numbers rather than hoping for the best and reacting to your marketing every time something doesn’t go quite to plan.

Then you can take it and execute it yourself, hand it to your team, or bring in support to help you do it.

Either way, you’ve already done the thinking.
