This private consulting fee covers all Slack communication, SOS calls you need from Sally and the team, that back pocket support/feedback when you’re about to go into launch and need us to “quickly” check something.
This fee also covers us taking a deep dive into your analytics every month so we know the direction of your strategy, what’s working and what needs to change.
We could have built this into our platform pricing, but we value pricing transparency and want to show you exactly where your marketing investment is going.
With our SEO-only package, please note that this fee is reduced to £500/mo due to a lot of the auditing/reporting being included as part of your monthly VIP day. So the SEO-only package will be £2750/mo rather than £3950/mo.
Typically, we say 5 weeks.
This allows time for onboarding, script creation, reviews, edits and final approvals before scheduling.
Some clients approve their content faster which means we can shorten this to 4 weeks.
But from previous experience, we’ve found 5 weeks is the sweet spot so you don’t get overwhelmed.
At present, we’ve limited our availability for our retainer clients to 5 clients per month so that Sally can dedicate time to supporting you personally each month.
This will be reviewed periodically and we’ll let you know if there are any changes to capacity.
This will not, however, affect the level of support you’re receiving.
